Yoga 210 min | post-descriere

Si probabil nu va vine sa credeti ce am facut in cele 210 min de yoga in care pentru multi timpul a zburat prea repede 🙂

Sumarizand doar din cele executate (ca planuite erau mai multe :P) am avut

Pranayama – impreuna cu kriyas:

– kapal bhati –  4 serii – terminate fiecare cu uddiyana bandha

O experienta deplina – Yoga 210 min

urmand anuntul facut din cadrul festivalului holistitc din ultimul weekend, in duminica zilei de 13 iulie, incepand cu orele 8:30 va invit la o clasa de yoga in care veti putea observa si practica mai multe tehnici traditionale din yoga in asanas, pranayama, chating.

Q: De ce o clasa Yoga de 210 min?
A: Yoga nu este un sport si nevoia de a observa, de a avea timpul necesar in a recunoaste, schimbarile, in a directiona atentia in noi – in trup, in ganduri, in respiratie – cere sa fie sustinuta de o libertate de timp, spatiu. Atfel, mai prezenti si mai dedicati, experienta va fi mult mai bogata iar tehnicile prezentate mai numeroase.

luni 30 iun, am observat ca pe facebook doar “friends of friends” puteau sa ma adauge in lista lor de prieteni, pentru cei care au incercat pe durata festivatului zenfest si nu au reusit, pana in ziua acestui eveniment 13 iulie, voi lasa schimbat pentru accesul public.

Please come with an open heart / mind but be ready to challenge any information, as we usually say also about yoga – don’t accept, don’t reject, chew on it .

Don’t accept because of some emotional connection or that it links / clicks on your mind with your experience, feelings or any other knowledge you hold. Don’t reject because is against your convictions, belief or any other perception.We are here to introduce you some of the very old or some of very new, it could be a way of living,  feeling, thinking, connection one to another or perceiving with the direction for the betterment of the Self – so I invite you to be curious to extend, to refresh the way you are.

I would also have a personal small moment there, re-introducing yoga from its traditional understanding, focusing mainly on the Yoga of Perceptions – The 5 steps in Yoga  – or how some of us might know it as bahiranga yoga and the next morning leading the ones present through an experience of Hatha Yoga Flow – a morning asana class adapted for the audience.

cum sa stai in cap :) headstand

pana cand o sa urmeze un videoclip personal, dar si pentru a nu-mi exprima practica personala ci a va oferi si o alta parere:

fiecare poate sa aiba o practica personala si o anumita experienta, insa sa inveti pe cineva exclusiv din practica si experienta personala e sa asumi ca este cel putin contruist(a) anatomic ca si tine si in aceiasi conditie fizica..

mi s-a intamplat deseori sa-mi observ colegi, chiar dragi si chiar si in india, tinand clase pe care le-au construit cu toata dragostea, dar care le-au testat manifestat, initial doar pe corpul lor si intr-un final cand a venit ora examinarii, unele instructiuni puteau parea cel putin ciudate e.x. la un moment dat in drumul spre un flying pigeon, dupa ce au ajuns mainile pe sol, colega mea scumpa a indicat un oarecare pasit pt distantare – urmam uimit instructiunile – ca sa observ ulterior ca ea doar asa putea sa intre in postura, fata de destul clasei care desi avea capacitatea nu-si puteau atinge bratele cu piciorul suspendat.. asta deoarece colegea mea avea o considerabila diferenta de inaltime, in general..

in ceea ce priveste headstand-ul, shirshasana, eu sunt de acord cu pasii exprimati in videoclipul de mai sus, ii recomand chiar cu caldura, fac parte si din experienta si practica mea – chiar daca cel putin in drumul ultimului an in care am facut in fiecare zi cate unul, am invatat si alte modalitati, cand il predau cuiva reiterez mare parte din pasii de mai sus – insistand pe controlul abdomenului, (un) genunchi strans la piept – pentru ajustarea controlata a centrului de echilibru – apoi celalalt si doar daca exista control si respiratie corespunzatoare cer ridicarea ambelor picioare…

In the traditional Hatha Yoga, displayed also in the “orange book”, the sequence of the sun salutation is build up by these asanas:
1. Pranamasana (prayer pose)
2. Hasta Utthanasana (raised arms pose)
3. Padahastasana (hand to foot pose)
4. Ashwa Sanchalanasana (equestrian pose)
5. Parvartasana (mountain pose)
6. Ashtanga Namaskar (salute with 8 parts or points)
7. Bhujangasana (cobra pose)
