The Hatha Yoga Pradipika is the classic and widely recognized manual for Hatha Yoga, written by Svami Svatmarama in the 15th century. The manual was written originally in Sanskrit and was later translated to English, and broken down into four parts: asana, pranayama, mudras, and samadhi.
