During the 30 May – 06 June of 2015 I had an amazing experience contributing with a small part to the Second-Nature Retreat, that was Yoga š
to sum up the days, the yoga sessions had mostly different themes:
- Pawanmuktasana 1 – some Ā (important) series on warm up
- Traditional (Himalayan) Sun SalutationĀ
- Flying Dragon Sequences
- Hip Openers / Heart Openers
- Detox / Digestive Bends and Twists
- Some Balancing Sequences, as:
- Assisted Yoga / Partner Yoga
- Ancient Flows
- Yin Yoga
- Yoga for the Eyes & Trataka
And for some of the practice we shared together I had also named this book as one of the recommendations.
On the Kriya chapter we waked up every morning to practice Jala Neti and in one night we also did the Trataka.
While on the Pranayam, we learned about Surya Bhedi, Kapal Bhati, Bastrika, Brahmari and Anulom VilomĀ with the recommendation to practice personally only after 15 days in which four times a day one should perform Nadi Shodana.
