Intro 1 – Respiratie

primii pasi in cunoasterea si experiementarea respiratiei:

– jala neti (impreuna cu o posibila rutina de dimineata)
– pe spate – constientizare respiratie abdominala / toracala / respiratia 3D
– shukasana – ca si postura de acces usor a respiratiei abdominale si baza pentru pranayama
– surya bhedi – determinare aplitudine si durata unei respiratii cursive
– kapal bathi – 20/40/60
– one leg forward bend (wall)
– downward facing dog + 5 x ujjayi
– child pose – abdominal breathing

Tema:
– prima saptamana auto-disciplina si experimentare libera (in preponderent dimineata dar si seara)
